Getting the Story Straight

It's easy when you all print the same content:

a loose agreement by Tennessee’s four major daily papers, The Chattanooga Times-Free Press, the Nashville Tennessean, The Memphis Commercial Appeal and the [Knoxville News] Sentinel to share content.
That way, all four can publish stupid shit at the same time (Knoxville, Chattanooga, you're slacking).

Hat tip to Instapundit, whose server I just crashed by linking to him.

Seems like there'd be some sort of anti-trust violation involved...
...not that I'm in favor of yet more gov control or anything, especially when it comes to basic rights issues.

Well, the spin they are putting on it is they are trying to get around the AP's hold on news (and the fees they charge), so it might not be all that bad.

I just don't care for the media, if you couldn't tell. =)
