I've been following Curt's trials and tribulations with GPal for a while now. Looks like they aren't a very good place to spend your money. From what I've read, they don't send money to the people they are supposed to, their EULA says they don't have to, and they don't have the appropriate licensing in many states.

Doesn't look like a company I'd be comfortable doing business with.
