The drunk boy ("drinking beer and wearing a little girl's dress taken from under a neighbor's Christmas tree.") is 4 yrs. old. Mother is 21 yrs. old. How old was the girl when she had her son? 17. What a shame!
Poor kid. He needs better parents!
Aww, daddy must be proud. Saw an interview with the mother, and it kind of explains it too.
