Here's a Mayor I'd vote for:

MASON CITY, Iowa (AP) - Mason City Mayor Roger Bang [nope, no irony there - ed] is at odds with the City Council over efforts to ban guns from public buildings.

Bang said Monday night that he will veto any measure passed by the council to prohibit registered gun owners from having weapons in city buildings unless they are certified police officers

Yup, he's the man.

Nice to see a Mayor with his head on straight over the gun issue.
