Weapons charge follows shooting
Guns are not allowed in Memphis parks, and that includes a sawed-off shotgun fired Sunday in a park near Raleigh and again in a neighborhood from a moving Mustang.
I almost linked from the Channel 3 website and said there was no mention of it in the Commercial Squeal, but after some due diligence, I found it. You won't find it on the front page, and you'll have to scroll a bit, but it's there.

But, wait a minute! I thought that banning guns would eliminate crimes! Certainly it'll prevent shootings of one human being by another because we'll all just absorb by osmosis how very wrong tit is to shoot another sentient being.
On Mars, maybe.
Here come the Storm Troopers -- I can hear their thundering lock-step footsteps. And I'm getting REALLY tired of them lurking out there in the shadows.
Oops. how wrong "IT" is. Heh.

Not to mention that if they'd sawed that shotgun to less than an 18" barrel, it was already illegal without a federal stamp, etc.
So, the two law violations cancel each other out?
