Let's see. The ban didn't reduce crime in this country last time they tried it, but it will help Mexico with its crime problem this time around?

Short answer; yes they do.
Long answer; The cartels do not get the majority of the weapons from the US,but from China and Russia,who sell them full auto weapons,grenades,and RPGs.
Yeah, I was wondering which gun shop carried the RPGs....
