Racism is racism, folks, there's no "reverse" about it.
The only problem I would have had with the cartoon would have been if it was referring to the President. Not because of the monkey thing, but because of the bullet holes in the monkey. That's not cool.

When Bush was in power, dissent/calling someone a chimp was patriotic. With Obama in power, dissent/calling someone a chimp is now treason.
Damn, but I hate liberals!
The chimp in the cartoon was a legislator, not the executive. The uproar over this was to avoid the sad truth that our federal legislature has sunk to a very low level of competence and an even lower level of decency.
