Via Aunt B and ACK, we hear this:
On Thursday morning, Democrats are expected to introduce a resolution creating a new position called Speaker Emeritus.
The plan is to put former Speaker Jimmy Naifeh, a Democrat, in that newly created job.
I just shook my head at the whole Kent Williams thing, thinking "business as usual" in the TN.GOV, but this is too much.
I guess this is ol' Kents first test. They do have to vote on this, don't they?
