Part 2 - Not so much.
In comments at Part 2, PDB says (emphasis mine):
I think Rangemaster is suffering from having to stratify their syllabus to accommodate all the multiple belt, er, level programs to keep extracting money from trainees. One thing Tactical Response has going for it is that they don’t have “basic” shooting programs, because “there’s no basic or advanced gunfight!”.
