If that passes, I can see businesses crop up that sell a "magazine subscription" to let you fill your quota every month.
Paul - Yeah, you could "pre-order" for the year and they can just send out 1 mag each month. (per gun if that's the law...)
I'm envious of Jay. I only have 2 mags for my P228.
