Sometimes they don't mean what you think they mean. Seriously, when I read

Alta. court doubles sentence for sexual assault of 7-year-old

I thought to myself "Hell yeah!"

Then, once I clicked the link to the article, I read this:

9-month sentence too lenient, appeal judges conclude

Well no shit, cupcake. I'm sure 18 months is much more appropriate. Hell, the poor girl will be all of eight and a half when the scumbag gets out, and I'm sure she'd still be "his type" at that age.

People like this don't get better, folks. They get bolder. Next time it won't be "digital penetration", it'll be rape.

I wonder how many months he'll get on that charge.
