It will require a little editing on your part:

Dear [Decision Maker]

America's national parks are some of the most peaceful places in our country. They offer solitude and an opportunity for reflection. That's why I was so happy to learn that the administration is considering allowing loaded guns in our national parks.

Illegal poaching is a serious issue in our national parks--and it's been steadily increasing over the years, as have animal attacks and attacks by drug makers/growers and other criminal types.

Wildlife already threatened by development, global warming and other outside threats will not be put at greater risk by allowing loaded guns in our national parks. Our park rangers cannot keep up with the activity already happening in our parks, and opening up the parks to allow guns even where hunting is not allowed will ensure law abiding people can protect themselves when a ranger is not around.

Please open up our parks to loaded guns. This administration would be setting an excellent precedent by allowing loaded weapons in our parks.

(h/t Tam)

And here is the rest of it.
