Heather Martens, Clueless

Wow, this lady is something else. first, we see she needs remedial English lessons focusing on sentence structure:

Neily argues that the Washington, D.C., handgun ban violates a personal right to any kind of firearm for the purpose of self-defense -- a new take on the Second Amendment that dismisses the idea that firearms should be "well-regulated."
Huh? Where does it say that? Show me, please. If you do manage to mangle the Second Amendment enough to prove your point, then provide me the definition of the word "regulated", as it was used in the late 18th century.

Here's a bit of advice for you, Heather - don't start out arguing your point with lies. It casts doubt on the rest it.

There's more, but I'm not wasting time with her.
