you know, so many of those old variety and theme shows are vastly superior to the abject twaddle that passes for entertainment on tv these days.
That's for sure. I rmemeber watching the Jackie Gleason Show and Dean Martin's show when I was a kid.
I don't know why my parents didn't watch Johnny's, unless I was already in bed when it came on.
